During the week I eat pretty clean - M-F. This works just fine but gets pretty boring. Recently I ordered 10 pounds of Buffalo Burgers and am considering ordering some Emu & Buffalo Italian Sausages. In order to keep from going crazy I figured this and constantly changing up my Protein drinks (I go through 2-3 a day) would help. The idea on Bufallo is to slap them on the Foreman Grill and boom!.. High protein, low fat, yet tasty heaven! Anybody have other clever ideas besides one of 4 million chicken & turkey recipees? Post them here - make them simple and extremely quick to make - besides with my job and working out I don’t have time to screw around!
