Alternating Exercises with Hard Cardio?

Coach when doing hard cardio similar to sprint 8, would it be okay to alternate the exercise every round?

Example:

30 sec all out bike sprint
1:30 sec rest

30 sec all out rower
1:30 sec rest

30 sec all out battle ropes
1:30 sec rest

Etc… etc…

I feel this keeps me more mentally into it. Wondering if it is just as effective as using one exercise the entire time?

It absolutely is. I use a similar approach with a few clients (a pro wheelchair basketball player for example) with varying rest intervals and set duration depending on the physical capacity we are targeting.
