Alternate Reps or Same Time?


Quick question:

What is the advantage of doing alternate reps ie alternate DB curls, alternate Hammer curls, etc.

Is it better to do them alternate or at the same time?


Alternate is unilateral. Doing them at the same time is bilateral.
