ALRI Evolution Workout

I was wondering if this 3 day split is suitable while on the ALRI Evolution Stack as well as MAN Clout and Body Octane? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

DAY 1 � PULL

Deadlifts 5x5
Barbell Rows 5x5
Barbell Curls 5x5

DAY 2 � PUSH

Flat Barbell Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Shoulder Presses 5x5
Tricep Dips 5x5

DAY 3 � LEGS

Back Squats 5x5
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 5x5
Calf Raises (3x12)
Weighted Crunches (3x12)

Well there, RAMBO. If you wanna really get alot of body octane, you gotta just grab that evolution stack and stick some in your man clout. That ought’a do it just faAhne.

Seriously…you’ll be fine with that kind of workout without supplements at all.
