5X5 Giant sets no rest between exercises
1a. BB Bent Row (Supinated): 205/5, 225/5, 245/5, 225/5, 235/5.
1b. Overhead Squats: 185/5, 185/5, 205/4, 185/5, 195/4.
1c. BB Incline Bench: 275/5, 295/5, 305/4, 285/5, 285/5.
1d. BB Stiff Leg Deads: 275/5, 295/5, 315/5, 335/5, 325/5.
1a. Note: I can't seem to hold onto 245 without it slipping out of my hands but have no problem with 235...
1b. Note: The weight is not heavy at all for my legs but I am still so unstable at the higher weights I am almost afraid I am going to fall backwards when in the bottom of the movement
1c. Note: I think the overhead squats are really killing my anterior delts & the no rest right into the incline is making my weights suffer, I normally do 315 pretty easily...I may change the order of exercises next week.
