This is awesome news. Alpha’s work II inspired me to start a training log and not accept mediocrity. That log is still going 3 years later and I have made more progress both in the weights room and my chosen sport than I ever imagined possible.
I can’t wait to see how your training looks since warrior athlete and it is good to see you are back after all this time. I hope you are well.
