Alpha Male vs. Animal Stacks

im 20 so I know i dont need alot of test so Im leaning towards m-stak but im curious what you all think. any and all help is very much appreciated!!

heres my stats if needed

20 yrs old
5’10
170 lbs

What are your goals, diet, and training? Also, what other supplements are you using?

It’s impossible to make decent supp recommendations without knowing this stuff.

sorry i was so vague.

goals are to gain muscle. About another 20 lbs.

diet consists of 3-4000 calories always clean. I’ll cheat once or twice a week but Ive got a very fast metabolism so I dont retain alot of fat.

training as of now is:
push
pull
shoulders
legs
off
repeat. 4 exercises big muscles 3 for small. 5 sets each pyramiding from 15-6.

supps Im on right now is:
met-rx meal replacement twice a day but I may switch to a regular protein I havent decided
and currently on a creatine-amino preworkout formula (might drop this)

nothing too special but I feel I need a boost. hope this helps. thanks again.

Exactly what kind of boost are are you seeking?

It’s possible that you just need more food or sleep.

Supplements can be helpful, but I don’t recommend them haphazardly.

i would agree with “more” or “deeper” sleep. but to be dont do things half assed at all. i know that nutrition is pretty much the most important thing for bulking so I make sure Im on with that.
