I am and ultra marathon cyclist 49 years old and I have started using the Alpha Male and I like the results. The question that I have is it ok to use TRIBEX also in my training? I ride Tuesday thru Thursday and Saturday and Sunday big mileage. I’m not sure if I should cycle 5 on and 2 off. Should I change my cycling to my heavy days of riding or should it matter. I used Testosterone in my 20s and it made a big difference but that was a long time ago. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
there is already TRIBEX in Alpha Male, so why bother?
