Eurycoma Longifolia (Malaysian 100:1)

Malaysian Eurycoma longifolia (100:1 extract) stimulates luteinizing hormone, which signals the testes to produce testosterone. It boosts libido and inhibits the ROCK2 enzyme, leading to greater blood flow to the genitals and stronger erections.* Eurycoma blocks testosterone from converting to estrogen, increasing free testosterone by 34%. And it controls the conversion of DHEA to testosterone, further increasing testosterone and lowering estrogen.* LEARN MORE

Forskolin increases intracellular cyclic AMP, which stimulates the secretion of thyroid hormone and testosterone (in men). In addition to increasing the thyroid’s secretion of T3 and boosting testosterone, forskolin increases fat burning, breaks down triglycerides, stimulates protein synthesis in skeletal muscle, and activates thermogenic brown adipose tissue (BAT).*

NOTE: Biotest-invented forskolin carbonate is pure forskolin with enhanced absorption and 12-hour extended active life.* Carbolin 19® and Alpha Male® supplements contain forskolin carbonate. The Hot-Rox® formula contains forskolin extract combined with piperine to improve its bioavailability.* LEARN MORE

Tribulus Terrestris (Bulgarian 50:1)

Bulgarian Tribulus terrestris (50:1) boosts libido by 79% and increases testosterone by stimulating luteinizing hormone, prompting the testes to produce testosterone.* It inhibits the enzymes responsible for the unwanted conversion of hormones to estrogen and DHT, increasing testosterone and lowering estrogen. And Tribulus increases the effectiveness of testosterone in target tissues by enhancing androgen receptor density.* LEARN MORE

A thought I had this morning:

Alpha Male prescribes a protocol of 5 days on/2 days off. My understanding is that this is done to allow the body to continue to naturally produce testosterone, and basically not oversaturate it.

For individuals on TRT, would they need to abide by 5 on/2 off, or would they be cleared to run Alpha Male 7 days a week straight?

Really interesting question. To add on: would there even be benefit to keeping this for someone taking exogenous testosterone? If the mechanism is increasing natural production, and you’re effectively turning that pathway off, do you still get anything out of the Alpha Male? I guess I’m asking if it’s multiplicative or additive (come at me, math).

It seems just from the synopsis above that it would help with aromatization which could be very beneficial to TRT users. Also increasing androgen receptors seems beneficial.

For myself, even when my test was tanked, I noticed that, while taking Alpha Male, I could NOT put on bodyfat no matter how hard I tried. This tends to go against the symptoms of many with low-t, who tend to get pretty fluffy. I assumed it was the Forksolin, which is one of the reasons I still use it. But alongside that, similar to @zeptrey , since I’m simply operating at normal ranges rather than enhanced, I figured it’d continue to support there.

But I struggle so much remembering when to STOP taking the stuff, haha. My schedule is always falling apart. Being able to just run it continuously would free up some bandwidth.

Well, this would be nice! I have struggled more with fat this last year or two than ever (which makes sense, as I’m not Benjamin Button). I’ve never tried Alpha Male, but you are selling me.

@zeptrey those are great points I hadn’t considered! Thank you
