Alpha Male/Power Drive/Surge Log

 Decided to start a log while I'm on these supps. 2 Alpha Male in morning and afternoon, pre workout Power Drive 1 scoop, post workout Surge 3 scoops. I mostly train in strongman ways, but using higher reps on my gym days

Those are great supps, I use them myself. One bit of advice that might help your bench to go up. After your 135 x 12 eliminate the 185 for 10 either completely or hit it for one or two reps. Then throw on 225 and bang it for four to six reps for three sets. I think if you eliminated the 185 and 195 for ten you’d be repping heavier weight.
