It says to take Alpha Male 2x a day on an empty stomach. the first time i take it is when i wake up which isnt a problem, but after that im consuming roughly 5000 calories a day spaced out every 2 hrs. So basically my stomach is never empty. when should i take my second dose? anyone have a similiar problem and found a solution? thanks
It really doesn’t matter. Just take your second dose between 6 to 8 hours later and you’ll be fine.
The only thing would be, to maximize absorption, you could avoid taking it with a meal high in fiber. Other than that, it’s really nothing to worry about.

Just take your second dose an hour and half after your last meal and thirty minutes prior to your next.
Remember the product is absorbed faster on an empty stomach. It doesn’t mean it’s not going to work if there is some food in there.
