Well, I’m beginning a three to four wek break from weight training and karate. I have physical therapy-a-plenty to do, and have to lay off the aggravating exercises.
Should I continue using Alpha Male during this time off from heavy training? I’m only 1/2 way through the first bottle of three, so I’m not worried about my supply. More how I can do my body the best I can while on a healing-only regimen.
