I am no pro at working out or going to make a career out of it but just have a few questions. I have a lot of friends who are fortunate enough to be able to afford every new supplement out there and I have never touched a supplement besides protein powder because I have had anxiety issues.
Here is a picture of me graduating high school when I was younger. I was making alright gains but never had a specific workout plan or diet. I am now a wrestler in the NCAA so I have slimmed down quite a bit.

I have pulled a 500 dead lift and 500 squat with a 365 bench press.
I recently did a 330 bench at 180 pounds before weight certifications.. now I wrestle at 165/174 and am planning on getting back to getting big during the off season. I sometimes get discouraged that my friends are using illegal enhancements and although weightlifting should be all about you and your personal gains (not compare yourself to others), I feel I want to up the bar and try some supplementation.
