Alpha Male any Good?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if Alpha Male is anygood?
I’m looking to lose a couple lbs for summer comming up (im in australia).
And would also like to use a test booster.

So would the aplpha male be ok for this? I see it has the Carbolin 19 in it, so that would help with some fat loss right?
Or would I be best to just buy the Carbolin 19 by its self?

I cant use the HOT-ROX as Im sensative to some things like that and also it has yhombie (or how ever u spell it) in it and last time I ordered something with that in it customs did not let me get it.

So any suggestions?

I’m 25 and weigh 180lbs not fat but not a ripped as guy either.

I eat clean with low carbs also.

I would try Carbolin 19 instead. Alpha Male helps me gain weight when I take it, I’ve never tried using it while cutting down.

My cardio and diet is good, I do cardio 4 to 5 times a week and do weights 3 times a week.

My diet is:

Breakfast, Bran and some protein.

snack whey shake, apple

lunch is salad and tuna, or tuna and mixed beans.

then another shake, apple

then another shake before training.

one after training with creatine and gatoraide.

Dinner is chicken breast and salas, or lean beef and salad, or tuna.

then I will eat fruit like a couple apples and before bed I have a shake with low fat milk.

Ditch the carbs late at night and add in some healthy fats throughout the day. Also try and get more solid food, looks like a lot of shakes. Then your diet will be “good.”

But to answer your question. Alpha Male is good stuff. I had good results while adding muscle.

some days I have the shake, other days I will have the extra tuna I have made.

I might give the Alpha Male a go.
