I've been taking ALA pre workout with a oatmeal protein shake and I've been getting a lot better pumps. Anyone tried this before? I'll keep it up for another 2-3 weeks to see what happens.
I take it immediately after my workout with creatine and a carb/protein drink.

That makes sense but is ALA so effective that all the glucose is being shuttled away?
