Almonds, Cyanide, ATP

Just had a biology lecture, and it was mentioned how almonds(and some other foods) have trace amounts of cyanide in them, and that cyanide can/does interfere in ATP production.

Just wondering if any one else was aware of this or knows more info. I’ll be doing a brief search to see if I can find amounts, or any other relevant data/info.
Just thought I’d share this.

So does Cyanacobalamin. A form of B-12.

Never mind, the sky fell for a second.

Looking into it further, it seems these are wild or bitter almonds, not the store bought ones that I eat a lot of daily.
