Almond Milk - Yay or Nay?


Hi all!

I went grocery shopping recently and noticed various types of almond milk in the dairy case. I was wondering if any of you have tried it and what your thoughts were? I am thinking that the unflavored kind may be good to mix with a low-carb protein (instead of water, which is what I've been doing).




I bought some once because I absolutely love milk and was trying to find a good replacement for it. Almond milk definitely didn't do it for me. I don't really know how to explain it but to me it was nothing like milk. I never tried mixing it with protein though. That might be ok but honestly it was mostly the texture I didn't like. I say give it a shot but don't expect too much or you might be dissapointed.


I really like it, find one with a good consistency and youre good to go
