All These Supplements

IMHO if you havent read up on a supp enough to know how much to take and when then why are you buying it?

Always become informed about a supplement before you pay cash for it as they can be a money trap otherwise.

Anyways… one of my questions is should I take fish oil and flax seeds on the same day? arent they aimed at the same goal? (getting enough healthy fats)

You might end up with too many omega 3’s depending on the rest of your diet. This has to be calculated carefully.

Water soluble vit best taken in divided doses.

You also should use ZMA and you need zinc magnesium and pyridoxine anyway.

Plus also worth taking, Selenium (as Selenomethionine possible rather than some of the more basic yeasts)

Vitamin E - As mixed tocopherols, particularly important with high supplemental fat diets.
