Post workout you should take Surge. Then about 45 minutes later, you should have your first post-workout meal. This meal can be high-GI, but none of the following meals should be.
(I’m talking about under “normal” circumstances here. If you’re doing something like CD/EDT, then there that’s a special situation.)
