All the Little Things We Do to Improve

Long time reader on Testosterone. I read today where a simple 30 squat all the way down is a must. I have also heard that flossing daily is a must, flexing your glutes, standing on one leg for balance. I must be missing many ideas. What are some of your little habits that have made your life better?

Eating. Flexing my glutes while standing on one leg is a close second.
