I moved pretty fast, and was in and out in 45 minutes. I go back to nightshift tonight, just in time for the holiday weekend. With the new job on the horizon, this might be my last rotation.
I slept pretty well today after working 12 hours last night. Since my son was at work and my wife and daughter were out of town shopping, I decided to work some triceps. Now for a nap and then hit work again.

The biggest problem I had today was getting under the bar at the start. I have some really strong tendonitis in my right shoulder. I just had to stretch it out and force it. After I got lose it was not too bad. 415 was solid. I had good bar placement, and the form was good.

I slept like crap last night. I came into gym dragging ass. The goal was to top out at 415 x 2. The 355 set felt really heavy. I was on the fence on going up, but my buddy talked me into it. I only had one rep in me, and that was a real challenge. I shut it down after that.
Yeah, not what I was looking for. I’ll probably scrap it and throw on the gear next week. I’ll try to post a video or two of meet training, once it gets ramped up.
Crippler, are you still taking that apple cider vinegar concoction? If so, any effect?
Our postal carrier for 30 days consumed a mixture of 2 spoonfuls mixed with one spoonful of honey in 4 oz of warm water. She took it 2 times daily and said she lost a dress size.
biker, yes I still take it each morning. I don’t measure it out or anything. I just take a shot glass and take about a half a shot. The taste is less than terrible. My opinion is that it adds energy. I have not lost any weight, but I’m a big person anyway. Prior to starting I did a lot of ready and there a ton of health benefits.
Crippler, I understand the stuff helps make insulin more effective, which at my age is a plus. I take it at office after morning workouts and I guess it does add energy.
