hey guys, I’m going through CW’s TBT and it’s working great, I just thought I’d add in some weighted ab exercises since I have the time to do it. I have DB’s, stability balls, a russian chair, and that’s it. I’ve looked at the ab workout thread for atheltes and babehounds, however, if doing most of these exercises weighted, how should I split them? What could the rep scheme be?
pick one or two each day. dont kill the abs any given day that hampers the next w/o to much no matter what lifting day it is stimulate them. Vary the reps and loads go heavy one day high rep another etc. Much like any other Body part.
