My first question involves cardio. Right now I am solely concerned with getting stronger (with the weights) and keeping my current body fat. So after a long period of straight muscle building (no cardio) I have put it back into my workout scheme.
No more than twenty minutes of running (not sprinting but close) jump rope (usually 5-10 minutes) and body weight exercises. I do this once a week but if I cheat or drink in the middle of the week (Hey, I’m in my last year of college, only live once) I will mentally and physically punish myself with another cardio session. I won’t do more than two because cutting fat isn’t my goal. What do you think?
Also, I generally slam some chocolate milk about a half hour before the sprint and then after, for fuel, remember not fat loss here. good idea?
