The article leaves a lot to be desired, like what kind of algea and fungi were used. Also, does that which applies to pre-term infants aply to weight lifting adults. Missapplication of data is the basis of the whole NO2 craze. I’m not trying to be a killjoy, just skeptical. Actualy, I like gathering wild mushrooms(fungi) for food, but without some valid and consistent data backing it up, The only health benefits I can atribute to them is the walk in the woods required to get them.
