Algae-Derived Oil as a Fish Oil Alternative

I’m allergic to fish and seafood but would like to start taking an Omega 3 supplement. I eat a fair bit of wild game, so I have a decent start but need to supplement. I don’t want to take the flax oil, so about my only alternative is krill or algae derived Omega 3. I’m concerned that the krill might have the same effect on me as the fish oil. Is the algae derived Omega 3 as effective as regular fish oil or Flameout?

Any specific brands that anybody would like to suggest?

Thanks!

Need or want? If need, ask the person that told you you had to.

Why?

No. But it will do.

Vegetarian Omega 3. Buy one you feel comfortable with.

Go with krill if not allergic, great stuff. Personally take now foods which very easy digesting/no bad breath and great for joints
