alcohol damage control

I eat a lot of food and drink a lot of water when drinking heavily, which; usually allows me to wake up with less of a massive hangover. I have been doing this for about the last 6 years I have been in college (I am on the ten year plan), drinking about 4 days a week. The trick is to limit the hangover so you can make it through the next days workout (and the day). Incidentaly I started running to the gym and playing basketball and surfing more to burn some extra calories, so more cardio.

i take a multi vitamin, milk thistle for the liver, and about 1/2 gallon of water before bed. usually no problems. i drink vodka and diet tonic. if i drink beer it’s a unfiultreed microbrew. lots of vitamin b never had a hang over from them.
