There has been a lot written about cheat meals/days and what to do minimize damage, such as take MD6 or T2Pro. I was wondering what peoples thoughts were on using alpha lipoic acid(ALA) for cheat meals/days. Does is work, how much should you take, and when should u take it? Any advice would be appreciated.
Mike, I’d suggest going to the “Lair of the Ice Dog” forum because there was some good conversation about ALA. You might be able to get some questions answered by reading the thread. I’d reguritate what they said, but I’d be better off you just reading it for yourself.
