Jim, managed to find a brand new condition AD4. Man that thing kicks my ass, it's like a stationary prowler. What sort of conditioning would you suggest on it for the 1.1 program? I've been doing sprints on it so far.
And overall, for someone trying to get in better shape and NOV, is there any kind of airdyne protocal that would mimic what you used to do with the prowler?
airdyne is like prowler?! not in my experience...
For the 1.1 Program, I recommend using the Weight Vest. The reason is for more lower back/upper back/abdominal training.
