Starting a 5/3/1 twice a week full body split inspired by the Beyond 5/3/1 series.
Original program: 4 blocks of 5-week cycles (built-in deload) 3 days a week
Modified: 4 blocks of 6-week cycles (no deload) 2 days a week
TMs based on 5RMs:
Tuesdays: Squat and Bench
Fridays: Deadlift and Press
