Agility for football

This is directed at Coach Davies, but any help from anyone else would be greatly appreciated. How can I improve my football specific agility and speed? Right now this is the program that my coach has us do, Monday Wednesday and Friday: (1x8-12 for everything)
squat
incline press
lunge
bicep curls
deadlift
seated behind the neck press
step-ups
power cleans
leg extension
lat pulldown
leg curl
bench press
I do abs and grip work on my own.
I have no idea what to do for conditioning, so any help would be appreciated.

As Christien noted, I think the rope routine is a good start (thanks Christian - I guess you have found it helpful). Of course the development of an athlete’s agility involves many areas. For instance, what type of flexability program are you doing and is there anyone available to teach the Olympic lifts? I look forward to hearing from you. In faith, Coach Davies

It would help if we knew your position. Secondly, you are describing strength training exercises rather than agility exercises. Get High Performance Sorts Coitioning by Foran. That would be a good start>
