After Superhero

Hi Coach,

Just completed the Superhero workout and looking to do something new.
Any suggestions?
Find strength has increased but body still sluggish and want something to help me lost fat

I have seen I bodybuilder as it has elements of superhero eg partials
But not sure if it’s the next “logical” workout?

From reading the article it’s based/focused on one body part each week?
Does this not lead to over training?

So you benefitted from the program? Curious how you would have rated your need before you started?
What were your stats before and after? height, weight, training experience…

Definitely benefitted - liked it so much . Need? I jus wanted a new routine to try after usual hypertrophy.
Find the mix hits my body better

Didn’t take stats but find strength increasing
Training for 2 years before.

Definitely recommend it
