After OVT Training Program


I just completed the 8 week block of Thib's OVT program. It says to engage in an easier form of training for 2 weeks to see the maximum delayed effect. I was wondering what type of training program this would be? I was thinking to just lower the sets from 5x5 to 2-3x5 while keeping the weight fairly heavy. Any thoughts would be welcome. Thanks.
