Just wanna give big thanks to tnation…all the feedback I’ve gotten from posting my form videos have helped me a ton. Since my abysmal close-grip bench video, I watched EliteFTS’s Bench series as well as read most of the articles on T-Nation on Bench press form.
And after a week’s worth of working on setting my ARCH, pulling the bar out, ailgning the wrist/elbows :

I’m sticking with lightweight for 5x5 until I feel comfortable that I have the proper form down.
