I'm currently in week 3 of your built for bad strength circuits and am getting great results and really enjoying the circuit style. You recommend switching program's after 6 weeks or once progress stops and I was wondering what you thought about changing to a similar circuit in a different rep range.
Currently I am doing power cleans, bench press, front squats, military press and rows with the reps and % you recommend but after the 6 weeks I was thinking about changing to something like 15 reps (55%), 12 reps (65%) , 10 reps (70%), 8 reps (75%), 6 reps (80%).
I would obviously reduce the % slightly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and would increase the weight by 5 pounds each week. What are your thoughts? Thanks for a great program.
