I do use small doses of peptides to boost my IGF-1. I’ve tried GH in the past 1-3 at IU per day but chose not to continue for a couple reasons.
- I am HIGHLY sensitive to excessive bloating when my IGF-1 levels go up quickly or too far. I’m more careful now and monitor my IGF-1 closely and adjust the dosages to keep it in the 50-75th percentile of my age group
- I don’t trust the UGL for HGH. It’s expensive and I got scammed once for product I never got and most do not guarantee GH delivery. So, I’d rather stick with low dose peptides from a US dealer.
