I was reading up on a few of your old articles and came across Bulk Up - Cut Up for Quads. Curious as to whether you would recommend a similar protocol now a days? My Glutes grow at a disproportionate rate to my Quads and have been looking fora solution for a while.
Additionally other than lowering Body Fat do people know of techniques/recommendations for improving vascularity in the long term?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
