Aerobics Don't Work,. But Why?

According to Nelson Monatan’s article (Aerobics Don’t Work,No.33)that aerobics are usless in order to burn body fat, even if you do them in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m just wondering if his claims are based on science experimental studies and if not is it really effective to sprint in the morning on an empty stomach in order to burn body fat and maintain your muscles(by consuming some supplements for example Glutamine, MD6, and flax seed oil. It’ll be great to hear from the Testosterone contributing writers and T’s readers.
