i have been working out for about 6 month (monday-thursday, for 2-3hours) with no specific diet, just eat what i want when i want, also i had no type of programme, i am sorting out my diet and programme over the next week as i need to learn some stuff first, i dont really know much about programms and dieting.
Any advice will help, aslo i dont go to the gym YET will start soon.
I am bulking at the moment (well… I’m trying to anyway), 6ft 2" and 158LB… i think i need to dont you.

I know I didn’t eat much but I’m only 158LB so I cant fit much in me (without throwing it all back up)
cheese and ham baguette
should I try and keep my days like this or do I need more? and should I get a specific diet or should I carry on eating how I have done? [different things but all high in stuff :)]
