Right now I’m considering mag-10 and was wondering if anyone has suggestions for a program (was considering quattro dynamo, but subbing one arm barbell snatch with dumbell upright row)… also have decided that my upper back, upper chest area and shoulders all really need work. Any suggestions?

i would do the program as outlined. there is plenty of work for the upper back, upper chest and shoulders in there.
just my opinion.
