Advice Regarding Cardio

i am currently doing a push/pull split 4 days a week, trying to gain some size. the only problem is that i have nasty love handles and some beely fat, just around my waistline.
what would be the best way to incorporate cardio into my push/pull split routine, in order to target that fat around my belly?

Try 30-45 minutes of low intensity every morning before breakfast

Or you could add HIIT on your off days, or 20-30 mins of steady state cardio at the end of each workout
