For advice on training during my cycle. I don’t need anyone Telling me
I’m too young to be on or any of that. I started two
Weeks ago but anyways here’s my stats.
Weight: 195 lb
BF%: <11 ( Checked a month ago and have gotten leaner since)
Bench: 315 lb (2 reps)
Squats: 275 lb (8 reps)
Deadlift: 265 lb (6 reps)
I don’t max out with single reps
I’ve been training since I was 15, freshman year of highschool.
I started lifting because of baseball, a few weeks in it became
More about lifting than the sport itself. Since then I barely
Ever take days off. (I can’t stand the though of not lifting for
More than a day.) My first cycle was a dbol only cycle, I took
A trip to Dominican republic and decided to bring back some
Pills from a pharmacy up the block. I took about 20 mg for
4 weeks which most of you would call stupid or a waste. It did
Give me about 7 lbs of mucle that I’ve kept (I clean bulked).
I started a Test E cycle and I’m two injections in. Im dosing
At 400mg a week. I have nolva on hand incase of gyno symptoms,
And clomid for PCT on hand. Taking milk thistle and creatine
As supplements. I decided to bulk on this cycle, trying to get to
About 210 lb+. I’ve done my homework on cycles so no worries there.
My question is if I should be training for strength like I am now.
I don’t want to get any joint injuries so if you can just give me
Some perspective on how your training on a cycle is different
From being off.
