Advice on PWO Shake (Dextrose & Maltodextrin)

I bought the NOW brand Carbo Gain & NOW Dextrose Corn Sugar. I am trying to figure out what amount of each I should add to my post workout shake. I am bulking right now, and im currently 200lbs, 9% bf, 6’2.

What amount of each should I use? In cups please (example: 1/3 cup)
