No. You have to eat the thing. Naringrin is the chemical that helps lower HCT and it’s found in the skin and the fibrous crap that lines the inside. If you’re eating a grapefruit and it doesn’t taste horrible then you’re not eating enough of the lousy part to get that extra benefit.
I’m now on daily shots and hoping that helps. But once I cook up my MENT I’ll be dropping to very tiny amounts (like 5mg/d) for as long as I can stand it. I may even play around with a no-test program.
I know this bitter flavor lol. But I like grapefruit generally, I’ll add it in
