I do cardio 3 times a week for at least 30 to 40 miuntes. Then from their I do 3 sets of 20 crunches for my ABS follow by 50 to 70 pushup. I been doing this for the last 5 months and I am not getting leaner. As for my diet I consume alot of salad plus chicken, beef and fish and I drink a least a gallon of water a day. The only supplement I take is HOT-ROX. Is there any thing else I can do to get leaner?
