First Did the HOT-ROX, come with a printout?? Usually it has pretty good plan.
2nd you need to exercise, as in lift some weights not simple do a few crunches aqnd push up.
Getting lean is a multi-faceted monster. t include Diet, training, rest, and supplementation. You have the last one filled and Maybe the rest but diet and most obvious trainin are lacking.
