I’m 17, 5’11" 185lbs. My body fat percentage is probably around 26, I know thats alot. I want to get seriously into weightlifting. I know i have the genetics for it. Can anyone give me some workout/diet plans, advice, etc.? I am limited to the Powertec WorkBench MultiSystem. I can’t join a gym 'cause im poor.

Read “The New Rules of Lifting” by Cosgrove and Schuler. I’ve seen significant improvements after 1 month.
