I’m a new beginner and I need some advice on what need to do and not to do. I am 6’3 and about 155 pounds about to start my test e cycle in 2 weeks.
6’3" and 155lbs? I don’t mean to offend you here but adding food to your diet may be more beneficial than cycling rn. Like what are your goals? How long have you been working out? What is your bf%?
If your set on doing it I’d say 250mg 2xEW. That should be enough for you to get a result and test the waters for future cycles.
Lift hard and fequently
Eat more, take fish oil and Creatine (greatly enhance all my cycles imo)
PCT after 10-12 weeks (just nolva will be fine, I’d throw in daa for shits and giggles)
Think that steroids do the work for you or that you are going to be John Cena in 10 weeks
Make a bad name for the juicing community
That’s the thing everybody who knows me knows I eat 10 times more than my friends that are 50 pounds more than me that are in great shape, I’m just guessing I have great metabolism and I just started working out again about a week ago, and I’m not skin and bones my figure is slim butt cut so I want to bulk up then cut after.
Train wreck, just saying.
Just for future reference… These forums usually work better if you give more information… A lot of the people on here, including me, HATE when someone just says they have gear and want to run a cycle without really giving any stats (age, weight, height, diet, training, body type, time training, and max lifts are just a few). I think you need to do some research before you get on here and get offended by someone who sees you as a joke.
You just started working out again a week ago… are you kidding me? You’ve probably got some fuckboy IG pics of you hitting 135 on the bench too…SMH.
You need a lot more than just a gear. This shit isn’t something you can inject and turn into Arnold.
Train for an extended amount of time, do research, give stats, propose cycle, take advice, research more, and THEN maybe figure out what you are going to do…

yeah come on bro, you dont need juice just yet, you need to up your calorie intake by about 1000 cals a day, keep that regular, eat a hell of a lot of protein and train real hard.
you can take all the gear in the world the fact is if your not growing - your deffo not eating enough, its that simple, and if your not eating enough now juice wont do a thing for you, 80% of getting big is your diet.
My advice - Leave the juice for at least 6 months -

I think you’re severely overestimating your intake. Going out with your buddies and having darty eyes while force feeding yourself an extra pound of wings to build your reputation does nothing for your weight gain. Especially when you don’t realize your friends will prob eat again before uou whereas you skip the next 3-4 meals because you’re stuffed from ego eating

Good luck on your cycle. Not sure where you’re going to find muscle to inject in to. A 1" needle will probe go right through your leg
