I’m taking Alpha Male and I see your supposed to take it on an empty stomach. This is pretty technical but I was wondering how long after I take Alpha Male I can eat without the food interfering with the effects of Alpha Male. Because I’m bulking I don’t like to have an empty stomach for any longer than I have to.
Also does anyone have any other advice or experience regarding Alpha Male? I’m starting out taking 2 pills a day instead of four since it’s kind of expensive.
