Advice Needed on Progression

Hi guys
Ive been lurking these boards for a while now and have picked up some great tips. Im 20 years old, 185lb and 5’10, and I have been training seriously for around a year (serious being training and diet under control). Ive made some steady gains, but Im really looking to push onto the next level and could use some advice from the more experienced guys. Attached are photos of myself from a few positions. I definitely have a long way to go, but Im not sure where to aim my focus right now.

A brief summary of my schedule is:

  1. Chest/Shoulders
  2. Back/Arms
  3. Legs

Standard day is 180g protein, 200g carbs, 50g fat

This ^^^^. That level of calories would be the lower end of a cutting diet for someone your size.

Yeah i considered that my calories may actually be too low. Whereabouts in my macros do you think i should make it up?
