Advice for Recording Meet Lifts? Do I Need a Director and Lighting Guy?

formcheck

#1

All,

I have my first comp in April so was going to post a form check video for each lift.
Any examples of good videos. I tired to get one taken of my squat - but the safety bar was in the way (thanks wife).
Looking for things like side/face on, any thing to make sure I do/don’t do to get the best feed back?
Also best way to post - youtube&link?

Expect it in 2 weeks.

Just do what you can, the less shaking the better. There are going to be spotters on the platform so you an expect the view to be obstructed, directly from the front is probably the best bet. And yes, link it from youtube.
