Advice for New Plan After Injury

I am finally authorized by work to get back in the gym after knee surgery. But here is my problem, I cant work my legs yet! I want to start asap, I went to the gym yesterday and felt lost because I could not use my legs. I have been on work comp for 16 months so I went from cut to fat by doing nothing. Right now Im like 260 (28% bf), when I was in great shape I was 210(10%bf).

I can do exercises standing up and essentially do everything except things that work my legs out. I dont care how many days a week as long as its helping me get back in shape! Please help me create a plan, thanks in advance!

My goals are like anyones get ripped!
